WTMC Summer School 2026

Use this form to register for the WTMC Summer School 2026

Please note:

- Registering for the Summer School via this form is not yet a confirmation of participation. Within 14 working days after the 26th of May you will receive an e-mail from wtmc@vu.nl advising you if you can follow the Summer School. Priority is given to PhD students following the full WTMC training program.

- The Summer School is residential: you are expected to check in at Soeterbeeck on Monday morning 24th August 2026 and check out on Friday 28th of August.

Costs:

- PhD students following the full WTMC program: free (included in the program)*

- PhD students that follow their trajectory at an organization that is an institutional member of WTMC: 2.250 EUR*

- All other PhD students : 2.700 EUR*

*Please note all attendees of WTMC courses/workshops/schools must be an individual member of WTMC. All PhD students following the full WTMC program are automatically individual members of WTMC.

Please note that WTMC PhD students who follow the full training program are required to give a presentation once during their trajectory, please decide whether the Summer School is the best moment for your presentation. Other participants can, but do not have to, give a presentation.
